I have had a cancer policy with Philadelphia American life ins. company for over 30 years. my wife got cancer and we have had nothing but trouble trying to collect from the policy. they have lost the information we sent them, more than once. She died in January and spent a lot of that month in the hospital. They asked for more information concerning that month, so I sent what they asked for. She had a tumor in her lung to rupture and their letter said it would not pay for that because it was just a result of the cancer and was not covered in their policy". This was very convenient for them to use this argument many times/. My premium is paid up untill oct?. of this year|. I believe I will now cancel and let them have the unused premium money, for they seem to need it more than I do!. Their company is located in Houston, Texas". Please do not buy anything from them/. Its not worth it/.

Why should you let them win. You planned for the unexpected. You should really talk to an attorney, and file a suit. I guarantee they will settle very quickly.
